Fatigue

Having tinnitus can make sleeping very difficult. People go through many different things in order to find a way to sleep. Sleeping pills is one thing many people try. You need to find a way to fall asleep each night that doen not lead to an addiction to sleeping pills.
First you need to make sure your bedroom is not completely quiet. Quiet rooms will often aggravate your tinnitus symptoms and cause them to act up. Put a white noise machine in your room or use a masker.
Second, don’t use alcohol to help you fall asleep. This is a mistake that many people make. You may not want to realize it but alcohol can be a major contributor to your symptoms. While a drink or two is fine, several drinks can end up making your tinnitus worse. Don’t get into the habit of drinking each night just so you can fall asleep. That is how dependencies are formed.

Right now, the ringing in your ears is practically debilitating, but it does not have to be. You can control your symptoms and get rid of your tinnitus. No one should suffer from tinnitus. Allowing the issue to rule your life is something you must not allow.
